Bike park season has kicked off! If you're in a normally dry and dusty area like we are, it's a really good idea to make sure you have proper equipment to ensure you can ride safely and comfortably throughout the entire day. We previously have shot a full face and half shell helmet video, so we thought it might be helpful to put together a handful of some of our favorite mountain bike goggles to accompany that content. Hopefully this video helps some of you out there choose your next goggle that suits your needs! Join Mark and Alex as they go over a small selection of some of our favorite mountain bike goggles!
All helmets aren't created equally and when it comes to your brain, it doesn't pay to be cheap. If there is one thing that you should absolutely never pinch pennies on, it is your helmet. There are many helmets out there from brands who haven't done proper testing that lack safety features in order to be the least expensive consumers. There are also affordable options out there that are packed full of safety features that you might not have known existed.
As the Tour de France is by far the most iconic and well-known bike race in the world, it also receives the most media attention and coverage. For this reason, the tour is the most likely cycling event to reach out and grab the attention of cyclists and non-cyclists alike, who may not regularly follow the pro road cycling calendar. Any new viewer will be quick to find out that the tour can be rather difficult to fully understand, as there is a plethora of dynamics that make up the racing. Every July, a new wave of curious viewers may need some basic decoding in order to fully understand everything there is to love about this epic race. Think of this guide as a “how-to” on watching the Tour de France. After all, road racing has been called “chess on wheels.”
