Dropper seatposts have revolutionized the way riders ride their bikes. At first, they were just for enduro and trail mountain bikes, but now they are being widely adopted for XC and gravel use. Kind Shock, also known as KS, is a leading brand of dropper posts and performance suspension. They have been making some of the most sought-after dropper posts for many years now and also make excellent remote levers that work great with other seat posts.
KS dropper posts come in several different styles including external and internal routing and even posts that have the lever built into the post itself. They offer a wide variety of KS seatposts to fit every seat tube possible and fit every rider’s style of riding. From XC racing to enduro bombing, there are posts for everyone. Many of their posts come with a basic remote, cable, and cable housing.
KS has two different styles of remotes: an over-bar remote and a 1X remote. The Over-bar remote is the remote that normally comes with most of the dropper posts from Kind Shock. It is designed to work on either the left or right side of the handlebars. It is also available in several materials including polycarbonate, alloy, and carbon fiber depending on the level of quality you’re looking for. The other style of remote, the Southpaw Lever, is a 1X remote that works only on the left side of the handlebar. Not only is it easy to install, but it also works with many other dropper posts.
While many riders only know KS suspension for their dropper posts, they also have other products like handlebars, stems, and seatposts in their Ether collection. Made from aluminum or carbon, these will be a perfect addition to just about any ride. KS also offers an array of spec sheets for all their dropper posts including exploded views and size charts so you know exactly what you’re getting with your post and what length you should buy for your bike.
Whether you’re looking for a KS Lev, Lev Integra, or any other style of dropper post, Jenson USA has many KS dropper posts for sale. We offer 365-day returns on all unused products and provide expert guidance to help riders get the product they need.
