The lightweight SmartForm C2 alloy frame is ultra-smooth and has tubes that are shaped and butted with absolute precision to help absorb road chatter and bumps without adding weight. The frame also features internal cable routing, clearance for up to 32mm tires, a toptube bag, hidden rack/fender mounts, and thru-axles.
The 3 version of the Cannondale Synapse comes with a Shimano Sora 2x9-speed drivetrain. With a 50/34T chainring combo up front and an 11-34T cassette on the rear, you'll have no issues climbing steep hills or going out for all-day adventures. Promax Decoder R mechanical disc brakes provide reliable stopping power so you can descend under control. RD 3.1 rims are paired with Vittoria Zaffiro 700x30c tires. This will be the perfect bike for anyone who is just starting road riding.
